Dhaka-Assam Handball series begins tomorrow
Dhaka, 29 June -Dhaka- Assam Handball Series (men's and women's) begins tomorrow (Sunday) at Shaheed Captain M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium in the city, said a press release.
Bangladesh Olympic Association former secretary general and Bangladesh
Handball Federation former president veteran sports organiser Golam Quddus
Chowdhury will formally inaugurate the meet as the chief guest.
On the first day of the three-day meet, Border Guard Bangladesh face Assam
Handball Association in the lone men's section match at 3 pm while Dhaka face
Assam Handball Association in the women's section match at 4.45 pm.
The three-day meet will be held by the joint initiative of Bangladesh
Handball Federation and Handball Association of Assam state of India.
