BKSP athlete Tamim wins gold in Taiwan

Dhaka, 6 Nov - Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Prothistan (BKSP) athlete Tamim Hossain won the gold medal in triple jump event of the National School Athletics Championship 2024 which is now being held in Taiwan, according to a press release.

He won the gold medal by jumping 14.77 meters. 

Apart from Bangladesh, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Singapore and host Taiwan are participating in the competition.

Earlier, a ten-member BKSP team left for Taiwan on November 3 and is expected to return home on November 11 after the conclusion of the competition on November 9.

Fauzia Huda Juy and Shahadat Hossain Bhuiyan are serving as coaches of BKSP team.
