Air Force confirm V-Day Kabaddi final
Dhaka, 23 Dec - Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) confirmed their spot of final of the Victory Day (V-Day) Kabaddi competition eliminating Bangladesh Police by 39-36 points in the contested second semifinals held at Shaheed Captain M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium on Monday.
The winners' led the first half by 37-34 points. Bangladesh Air Force, who earlier reached semifinal as 'kha' group champions, will now play the final match against Bangladesh Navy scheduled to be held
Tuesday at the same venue.
Dipayan of the winning team was named the player of the match for his impressive performance in the semifinal.
Bangladesh Navy, who advanced semifinals as 'ka' group runners-up, earlier confirmed their place of final beating Bangladesh Army 38-26 points in the exciting first semifinal match held on Sunday last.
