Primary School Gold Cup Football begins in Rajbari

Rajbari, 27 Jan - With an aim of building a new Bangladesh, the Primary School Gold Cup (boys' and girls') football tournament began here today on the occasion of Festival of Youth keeping ahead the slogan of "Let's change the country, change the World". 

Rajbari Deputy Commissioner (DC) Sultana Akter inaugurated the meet as the 
chief guest at Rajbari railway Shaheed Khushi football ground.

People from various walks of life including government and private 
educational institutions participated in the opening ceremony of the meet.

Additional Deputy Commissioner (general) Tarif Ul Hasan, District Primary 
Education Officer Tabibor Rahman, Additional Superintendent of Police (Sadar 
circle) Abu Rasel and Rajbari Football Federation President Professor (retd.) 
Manjurul Alam were present, among others, in the opening ceremony.

In the day's opening match, Kalukhali edged past Pangsha boys' team by 1-0
