Dhaka, 16 June- A 16-member delegation from Wuhan University
Affiliated Hospital of China, recently visited Bangladesh Krira Shikkha
Protisthan (BKSP) and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish
a rehabilitation center at BKSP.

Director General (DG) of BKSP Brigadier General Md. Munirul Islam and
visiting delegation leader Dr. Xie Wei signed the agreement on behalf of
their respective sides, said a BKSP press release here today.

This rehabilitation center is planned to provide Chinese herbal medicine,
modern medicine and other treatments.

According to the MoU, Wuhan University Affiliated Hospital in China will send
an expert team to BKSP to establish a rehabilitation center at the BKSP and
later, BKSP doctors will also be able to receive training on rehabilitation
from China.

As a result of this agreement, BKSP trainees who sustain injuries while
playing will be able to return to their playing careers after receiving
medical care from the rehabilitation center, so that their playing careers
are not ended.

Additionally, talented players will not be wasted but will have the
opportunity to develop fully.

After that, the Chinese delegation visited all the sports venues of BKSP and
also visited the medical center of BKSP regarding the establishment of the
rehabilitation center.BSS
