BWSA gets PM's special allocation amounting Tk 10cr

DHAKA, 18 May - Bangladesh Women's Sports Association (BWSA) today got Prime Minister given special allocation cheque of Taka ten crore.

State Minister for Youth and Sports Mohammad Zahid Ahsan Russel, MP, handed over the cheque to BWSA president and whip of the national parliament Mahabub Ara Gini, MP, at the conference room of National Sports Council (NSC) in the city.

Youth and Sports Secretary Mesbah Uddin were also present there. After the handing over of the check, an exchange of view meeting was held there on increasing the participation of women's team in Bangladesh sports and overall development of women athletes.

The function was attended by senior officials of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the NSC.
