Police has arrested the prime accused in the case filed over the killing of former college principal and freedom fighter M Wazed Aliin Patgram of Lalmonirha.



Police has arrested the prime accused in the case filed over the killing of former college principal and freedom fighter M Wazed Ali, 68, in Patgram of Lalmonirhat.
A 10-member team of police headed by Officer-in-Charge of Patgram Police Station Omar Farooq arrested Nahiduzzaman Babu from the border area on Sunday.
M Wazed Ali was a former principal of Patgram Women's Degree College and brother of former MP Abed Ali, was murdered on January 20.
Wazed’s son Rifat Hasan filed a murder case with Patgram Police Station against some unidentified people and mentioned Nahiduzzaman as the prime accused.
