Body of late actor ATM Shamsuzzaman’s son recovered from Muladi

Police has recovered the body of Khalequzzaman Kushal, 46, son of late actor ATM Shamsuzzaman, from Jayanti river in Muladi.



Police has recovered the body of Khalequzzaman Kushal, 46, son of late actor ATM Shamsuzzaman, from Jayanti river in Muladi upazila of Barishal district.

The body was recovered on Monday noon from Nasirhat area of Najirpur union.

After testifying the deceased’s National ID card, the body was identified, said Muladi Police Station officials.

According to the deceased’s family members, Kushal went to Khulna from his house in the Sutrapur area on October 25. He last contacted his mother on October 27.

The body has been sent to Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital for autopsy, police said.
