OCs of 30 police stations in Chattogram transferred

Chattogram, Sept 9 – The officers-in-charge of 30 police stations  in Chattogram have been transferred to different police units.

A notification, signed by additional DIG of Police Headquarters, Mohammad Zahirul Islam, was issued in this regard on Monday.

Among the police stations, 13 were under Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP) and 17 were from different police stations in the district.

Abu Taiab Md Arif Hossain, Additional Superintendent of Chattogram Police, said the OCs have OCs of seventeen police stations and were transferred to Chattogram Range.

Kazi Md Tarek Aziz, additional deputy police commissioner of CMP, said the OCs of 13 police stations out of 16, were attached to the police headquarters. - UNB
