1880 more crime suspects held in 24hrs

In the ongoing nationwide operation, the police apprehended 1880 crime suspects in the last 24 hours.


According to the Police Headquarters, of the arrested, 1295 were arrested in previous cases and pending warrants while 585 on various charges.
 
One single barrel gun, three old pipe gun, nine rounds of cartridges and several sharp weapons were seized during the operation, reports BSS.
