BNP postpones April 26 rally due to heatwave

Dhaka, April 22 - BNP has postponed its rally scheduled for April 26 due to the extreme heatwave.

The party announced the postponement of the rally in a statement on Thursday.

The rally was supposed to be held in front of the party’s central office in Dhaka's Nayapaltan.

BNP Dhaka Metropolitan South Unit’s office secretary, Saidur Rahman, said a new date for the rally will be announced later. - UNB
