The dialogue between the National Consensus Commission and political parties will begin on February 15, 2025, according to Chief Adviser's Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam.

At a press briefing held at the Foreign Service Academy, Alam confirmed that the first meeting of the National Consensus Commission with political parties would take place on that date. He further clarified that the discussions would focus on the reports of six reform commissions.

In response to questions, Alam assured that the dialogue would involve all political parties. Chief Adviser's Deputy Press Secretary Apurba Jahangir and Assistant Press Secretary Suchismita Tithi were also present at the briefing.

On February 4, 2025, Law Adviser Dr. Asif Nazrul had previously stated that the first meeting would be scheduled for mid-February at the Foreign Service Academy in Dhaka.
