Hasina's personal officer Mizanur held in city

Police arrested on Wednesday night a personal officer of the deposed Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, SM Mizanur Rahman, from the capital City's Science Laboratory area.

New Market Police Station Sub Inspector (SI) Ashraful Omar confirmed the arrest, saying that they captured Mizanur, a personal officer (private) of the former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, from the Science Laboratory area around 8pm on Wednesday, reports BSS.

Mizanur was accused in multiple criminal cases on charges of extortion, tender manipulation and patronizing subversive attacks on the key point installations in Dhaka, he said.
