Refugee

Today we observe World Refugee Day, a time to pause and acknowledge refugees from around the world – and to recommit ourselves to defending the right to seek safety.

Even in these times of profound cruelty and uncertainty, we recognize an equally profound truth: It makes a genuine difference when people come together, organize, and push back. Refugees International is standing strong. Our determination has not wavered – because we know we can count on supporters like you.

Over the past year, our advocacy and investigations have helped expose the Trump administration’s cruel third-country deportation plans, raise the alarm on the immense human toll of global aid cuts, and document abuses and atrocities – from Sudan to Gaza to Myanmar – while pushing governments and institutions to act.

In order to maintain our independence, we take no funding from governments or the United Nations. That means your support makes our work possible. Your donation helps us expose harmful policies, push for lifesaving humanitarian action, support refugee leadership, and defend the fundamental value that people fleeing danger deserve safety and dignity.
