US Embassy, Dhaka

The U.S. Embassy has announced a call for applications for the 2023-2024 Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) Program. The CEE equips dedicated visionaries (ages 21-28) with the expertise, skills, and resources to develop multisector approaches and build healthy and engaged communities in over 100 countries.

If selected, fellows will participate in a fully funded, hands-on three-month practicum in the United States where they will work for various U.S.-based non-profit organizations, companies, and government offices.  Additionally, fellows will receive leadership and civic engagement training and upon returning to Bangladesh, will implement a community engagement project focused on one of the five CEE themes:  civic dialogue and peacebuilding, open and participatory government, women and gender issues, resilience and sustainable development, and youth engagement.

Attached is the Media Note announcing the call for application.  We would appreciate the coverage of this announcement in your esteemed outlet. – Press release
