Islami Bank declares 10% cash dividend

The Board of Directors of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC has recommended 10% cash dividend for the shareholders for the year 2023 subject to approval of the 41 st Annual

General Meeting of the Bank. The decision was taken in a meeting of the board of directors on Wednesday, 24 April 2024 with its Chairman Ahsanul Alam in the chair.

Tanveer Ahmad, Vice Chairman along with other Directors, Mohammed Monirul Moula, Managing Director & CEO and J.Q.M. Habibullah, FCS, Additional Managing Director & Company Secretary of the bank attended the meeting.

The meeting also decided to hold 41 st Annual General Meeting of the Bank on 25 June 2024, Tuesday. The Record date for entitlement of dividend has been fixed on 16 May 2024. The meeting also adopted unaudited financial statements for the first quarter ended on 31 March 2024 along with other issues. – Press release
