BD-US 3rd round of tariff talks to begin in Washington Tuesday

Dhaka, July 29 - The third round of trade talks between Bangladesh and the United States is set to start today (July 29) in Washington DC.

Commerce Adviser Sk Bashir Uddin, who is leading the Banglagesh side, and National Security Adviser Dr. Khalilur Rahman are in the US capital for the three-day talks.

Based on progress made so far, Bangladesh hopes for a positive outcome from this round, said Chief Adviser’s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam. - BNP
