Secondary schools’ admission lottery on Nov 28

A press release signed by the Director General of Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education Nehal Ahmed was issued on Wednesday.



For the 2024 academic year, students will be admitted to government and non-government schools through a digital lottery that will be held on November 28.

According to the press release, lottery for entry-level admissions from first to ninth grade will be held at 11.00am on November 28 at International Mother Language Institute in the city. Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni will present there as the chief guest.

The online application started on October 24 and ended on November 18.
