Initiated in November 2024, the project is a collaboration between the Cabinet Division and the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division. It is being implemented by Estonia's e-Governance Academy and the British Council, with €9.7 million in funding from the European Union. The inception phase of the project will run until April 2025, with the main phase scheduled from May 2025 to October 2027.
The project’s key objectives include enhancing digital interaction, coordination, and communication between government ministries and agencies, improving public service quality and delivery, and building the capacity of public sector employees to strengthen organizational performance. It aims to foster transparent, accountable governance through effective e-government services and supports Bangladesh’s ongoing digital transformation.
