Bangladesh tennis team beat Tajikistan

Dhaka, 22 Nov -Bangladesh tennis team beat Tajikistan by straight 3-0 set points in their third group D match of the "2024 Davis Cup Asia/Oceania Group-5' tennis tournament held in Isa Town, Bahrain Friday.

Bangladesh's Hanif Munna won 6-4, 6-3 in the first singles and Zarif Abrar won 6-2, 6-0 in the second singles.

In the double event, Bangladesh's Rustam Ali and Deen Islam pair won 6-0, 6-0 against Tajikistan.
 
Earlier, Bangladesh suffered a 3-0 defeat to host Bahrain in their opening group match but beat Yemen by 2-1 in their second group match.
