Water vessels workers across the country called an indefinite strike from 12am on November 27.



Water vessels workers across the country called an indefinite strike from 12am on November 27 to press home their 10-point demands.

To make the strike a successful, some vessel workers in Barishal are bringing out a procession on Saturday from the district river port which ended at the same place after parading some main streets of the city. Later, they held a human chain and a rally there.

The demands include: to fix minimum salary Tk 20,000 for them.
