US-Bangla welcomes third Airbus A330

Another wide-body airbus has been added to the fleet of the private US-Bangla Airlines, aiming at expanding its operational capacity further.
With this, there are three airbuses for the airlines.
The latest aircraft having capacity of 436 seats landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 8:30 am after flying in from Teruel of Spain.
The new airbus was officially received by senior officials of the airline, said a media release issued on Tuesday.
As part of its future expansion plan, the newly added aircraft will be operated on routes to Jeddah, Riyadh, and Madinah, reads it.
With the Airbus A330-300s, nine Boeing 737-800s and ten ATR 72-600s, the US-Bangla now boasts a total of 25 aircraft, making it the largest airline in Bangladesh, reports UNB.
It currently operates flights on all domestic and 14 international routes, it added.
