Weather may remain dry over Bangladesh

(BSS) - Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, said a met office forecast for the next 24 hours commencing 9am today.

Moderate to thick fog may occur over the river basins and light to moderate fog elsewhere over the country during midnight to morning.Air navigation, inland river transport and road communication may disrupt temporarily due to fog, the forecast said.
Night temperature may fall by (1-2)degree Celsius and day temperature may rise by (1-2)degree Celsius over the country.
Cold day condition is likely to prevail at places over northwestern part of the country.
Ridge of sub-continental high extends up to Bihar and adjoining area. Seasonal low lies over South Bay.
Country's maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded 27.0 degree celsius at Cox's Bazar while minimum temperature today was recorded 09.7 degree celsius at Tetulia.
The sun sets at 05.35pm today and rises at 06.43am tomorrow in the capital Dhaka.
