Met office predicts dry weather, no rain for 24 hrs

Dhaka, Oct 28 - Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) predicted that weather will remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in next 24 hrs from 9am on Monday.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said a Met office bulletin.

A seasonal low lies over the South Bay, it added.

Besides, the Met Office predicted light rain at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshahi and Mymensingh divisions on Tuesday and over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Dhaka and Sylhet divisions on Wednesday.

The country’s lowest temperature was recoded in Tentulia at 21 degree Celsius in 24 hours till 9am on Monday.-UNB
