Foreign Affairs Adviser extends Christmas greetings to Christian community

Dhaka, 25 Dec – Foreign Affairs Adviser Md. Touhid Hossain extended Christmas greetings to the Christian community on Wednesday.


The Adviser visited Kakrail Church in Dhaka this evening, where he met with members of the Christian community and exchanged festive greetings.

Speaking on the occasion, he emphasised that harmony and coexistence among all religions are integral to Bangladesh's culture. "This is the most important aspect of our culture, and we are proud that there is no religious conflict in our country. We all wish to live together in peace," he said.

Farooq-e-Azam, Adviser to the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs, Archbishop Bijoy N. D'Cruz, Father Albert Rosario, and other distinguished guests were also present.
