Vehicular movement on the road between Mirpur-10 has been disrupted due to the protest program of workers.
Readymade garment factory workers blockaded to the streets in Mirpur area of Dhaka Sunday morning demanding a hike in their wage.
Vehicular movement on the road between Mirpur-10 has been disrupted due to the protest program of workers.
Mirpur police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mohammad Mahsin said hundreds of workers from several garment factories in the area blocked the road around 8:00am demanding higher wages.
Additional police forces were deployed in the area, OC added.
