(BSS) - US President Joe Biden and his Republican challenger Donald Trump will hold their first 2024 election debate on CNN in Atlanta on June 27, the news network said Wednesday.

"To ensure candidates may maximize the time allotted in the debate, no audience will be present," CNN said in a statement announcing the clash, just hours after Biden officially challenged Trump to two debates in June and September.
