Russia-Ukraine talks to begin in Istanbul: Source

Talks between Russia and Ukraine will begin Wednesday in Istanbul, a Turkish foreign ministry source said. 


"The meeting between Turkish, Russian and Ukrainian delegations is scheduled to begin at around 7:00 pm (1600 GMT)," the official said. 

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan is expected to deliver opening remarks, at the Ottoman-era Ciragan palace by the Bosphorus, reports BSS.
