Dhaka – Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Monday made a courtesy call on President Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister apprised the President about various outcomes of her recent visit to the USA.
Sheikh Hasina went to the USA on September 22 on an eight-day official visit to attend the 68th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
The premier also apprised the President of the outcomes of her talks with other world leaders on the sidelines of the UNGA.
On her arrival at Bangabhaban, Sheikh Hasina was received by the President and his wife Rashida Khanom.
Secretaries and high officials of both the President and Prime Minister’s offices were present. – UNB
