Salam Howladar, chairman of Dhal Char Union Parishad, confirmed the matter at around 10 am on Wednesday (August 10).
The two trawlers capsized at Shib Char point in the Bay of Bengal on Tuesday (August 9).
The two sunken trawlers were owned by Yusuf and Kalam Batan respectively. Although all fishermen of the trawler owned by Kalam Batan were rescued alive, three out of 13 fishermen of the trawler owned by Yusuf remained missing.
