Two Workers Killed in N'ganj AC Explosion

Two workers were killed in an explosion at a bank in Sonargaon upazila, Narayanganj district, on Sunday after an air-conditioner detonated while they were repairing it.


The victims were identified as Tuhin, 22, and Rafi, 24.

According to Abdul Bari, officer-in-charge of Sonargaon Police Station, the blast occurred around 2 p.m. at Eastern Bank, causing severe injuries to the two workers. They were rushed to Narayanganj General Hospital, where doctors later pronounced them dead.
