Three friends killed in Narsingdi bus-motorbike collision

Three youths were killed in a tragic road accident in Bandar Dia petrol pump area on the Itakhola-Shibpur regional road in Shibpur upazila of the district last night.
The deceased were Saiful Islam, 22, son of Jamal Uddin, Ashiq, 22, son of Badruddin, and Apu, 20, son of Babul Mia hailed from Mirzakanadi village under the Mashimpur union of Shibpur upazila.
The accident occurred when a bus hit a motorcycle in the area while they were returning home after buying some sports equipments.
Members of Shibpur Fire Service rescued them and sent to upazila health complex where the duty doctors declared Saiful and Ashiq dead. Apu succumbed to his injuries on the way of Dhaka Medical College Hospital, police said.
None was arrested till filling of this report at 13.00 pm today, reports BSS.
