Banks will remain open till 10pm on June 25 and 26 across the country to facilitate transactions for cattle traders ahead of Eid-ul-Azha.



Banks will remain open till 10pm on June 25 and 26 across the country to facilitate transactions for cattle traders ahead of Eid-ul-Azha.

Besides, according to a circular released by the Banking Regulation and Policy Department of the central bank on Thursday, bank branches and sub-branches located near cattle markets in the Dhaka and Chittagong city corporation areas will remain open for 12 hours, starting from 10am, on June 27 and 28.

Meanwhile, Bangladesh will celebrate Eid-ul-Azha on June 29.
