FSIB organises “Retreat Program” for executives

First Security Islami Bank PLC (FSIB) organized two-day `Retreat Program’ for Executives at its Training Institute on May 3, 2025. Mohammad Abdul Mannan Chairman of the bank was present at the program as chief guest. Abu Reza Md.Yeahia, Managing Director (Current Charge) presided over the program while Deputy Managing Director, Divisional Heads, Zonal Heads, Senior Executives and Branch Managers from Dhaka region participated in the program.

Mohammad Abdul Mannan instructed all officials of the bank to provide banking services for the welfare of common people with the objectives of Islamic Shariah.

Emphasizing the importance of improving bankers’ professional skills, knowledge of banking and Shariah, he said that customers and general public must be trained and made aware about Islamic Banking. He also called upon bank executives to be sincere and proactive in implementing Shariah principles, good governance, and culture of compliance.

The two-day retreat program expressed vowed to fully turning around of First Security Islamic Bank through effective and dynamic banking services in deposit collection, investment, recovery from bad investment, entrepreneurship development, employment generation, foreign trade, remittances and technology-based services. – Press release
