The authorities of Dhaka University (DU) have expelled 113 students on various charges for different terms.



The authorities of Dhaka University (DU) have expelled 113 students on various charges for different terms.
The decision on the above expulsions was taken at the Syndicate Meeting of Dhaka University on Monday.
Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Akhteruzzaman presided over the meeting.
DU Pro Vice Chancellor (Administration) Professor Dr. Muhammad Samad, Pro Vice Chancellor (Education) Professor Dr. ASM Maksud Kamal and other syndicate members were present at the meeting.
A press release of the university said this on Monday night.
According to the press release, three students were permanently expelled on charges of adopting unfair means in exams and another 109 students were expelled on various charges for different terms.
