The Detective Branch (DB) of police has arrested the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa-famed singer Mainul Ahsan Noble on charge of cheating.
The Detective Branch (DB) of police has arrested the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa-famed singer Mainul Ahsan Noble on charge of cheating by taking an advance of Tk 1,72,000 without going to an event.
A senior DB official, seeking anonymity, confirmed the matter on Saturday (May 20).
The official said, “Singer Noble has been arrested based on specific allegations and case filed against him and brought to the DB office. He has been interrogated.”
