However, details of the podcast are yet to be revealed.

In a recent announcement, Nishad Humayun, son of the late literary maestro Humayun Ahmed and actress Meher Afroz Shaon, is gearing up to launch a podcast addressing Bangladesh's educational landscape.

Nishad made the announcement via a video posted on his Instagram handle. Shaon reposted the video on her official Facebook page captioning, "My son has become a grown-up. He is working on a podcast production or something. A while ago, with a mix of hesitancy and embarrassment, he sent me the first video of his podcast, asking for my remark."

Collaborating with friends, Nishad plans to discuss the country's educational system.

However, details of the podcast are yet to be revealed.

Earlier, Nishad made a significant buzz on social media after one of his media interviews caught the attention of the audience. In that interview, he talked about his aspirations for filmmaking like his father and casting humble, ordinary people in his productions instead of popular actors. He also mentioned about casting their gatekeeper as the lead role in his production someday.

"Our gatekeeper Bulbul mama is really good at acting. He makes TikTok videos. I want to cast him as my lead actor someday. I want him to get the recognition. He sings as well and has a melodious voice," he said.

Nishad Humayun wants to become a psychiatry professor in future and aims to develop and facilitate the mental health services of the country.
