Dhaka, 28 March - IM Mohammad Fahad Rahman took joint lead in the points table with 3.5 points after the fifth round games in the Hanoi Grandmaster3 Chess Tournament GMB-1 which is now being held in Hanoi, Vietnam. 

The fourth and fifth round matches held Thursday. in the fourth round, IM Mohammad Fahad Rahman won against FM Nomitbir Singh Walia of India and in fifth round IM Mohammad Fahad Rahman split point with GM Nguyen Anh Dung.

The sixth round game will be held Friday and IM Mohammad Fahad Rahman will play against GM Plat Vojtech of Czech Republic.
