National B Chess Championship begins tomorrow

Dhaka, 6 June - The 48th National B Chess Championship begins Friday at Bangladesh Chess Federation hall-room.

A total of thirty six players including three International masters Mohammad Fahad Rahman, Md Minhaz Uddin and Abu Sufian Shakil, ten FIDE masters, one woman international master, players of last year national final phase and sixteen selected players of 48th National preliminary phase, national woman champion, international woman master, national junior and girls champions are participating in the event.

The event will be held in nine round Swiss-League system and nine players will qualify in the 4th National Chess Championship. 

GM Enamul Hossain, GM Ziaur Rahman, GM Niaz Murshed, GM Reefat Bin Sattar and GM Mollah Abdullah Al Rakib have been invited to participate directly in this event.
