IM Fahad maintain joint lead

Dhaka, 9 Oct -International Master Mohammad Fahad Rahman 

maintained his joint lead with India's FM Panesar Vedant with three points  after the fourth round games of First Saturday Grand Masters Chess event which is now being held in Budapest, Hungary.

FM Manon Reja Neer bagged two points after the fourth round in the grand master event.

FM Tahsin Tajwar Zia collected one point after the fourth round in the International Masters Chess while woman candidate master Walijah Ahmed shared the second position with three points after fourth round in the Under-2250 rating event. 

The fourth round games of all events were held on Tuesday last evening. In the fourth round games, IM Mohammad Fahad Rahman split point with GM Kovalev Andrei of Belarus and FIDE master Manon Reja Neer won against FM Md Imran of India.

In the International Master Chess event, FIDE master Tahsin Tajwar Zia lost to IM CRG Krishnan of India and woman candidate master Walijah Ahmed split point with IM Kahn Evarth Dr of Hungary.
