Bangladesh is likely see moderate to thick fog in next 24 hours commencing 9am on Thursday, the weather office has predicted.



Bangladesh is likely see moderate to thick fog in next 24 hours commencing 9am on Thursday, the weather office has predicted.
According to the regular bulletin of Bangladesh Meteorological Department, “Moderate to thick fog may occur over the river basins and light to moderate fog may occur elsewhere in the
country during midnight to morning.”
Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, it said.
Night temperature may remain nearly unchanged and day temperature may fall slightly over the country.
The lowest temperature in the country was recorded at 10.4 degree Celsius in Tetulia of Rangpur division in last 24 hours till 6am today (Thursday) while the highest temperature was 29.8 degree Celsius recorded in Teknaf of Chattogram division.
Meanwhile, the low pressure area over central part of South Bay and adjoining area intensified into a well-marked low and now lies over Southwest Bay and adjoining area.
Its associated trough extends up to North Bay. Ridge of Sub-continental high extends up to Bihar and adjoining area.
