Confirming the matter, Tofazzal Hossain, an official of meteorological office in Dinajpur, said lowest temperature was recorded at 11.7 degrees Celsius at 6 am on Thursday (December 21) in Dinajpur.

At that time, humidity was 95 percent, said the Met officer.

Wednesday, temperature was recorded at 12.4 degrees Celsius in Dinajpur and humidity was 96 percent.
