Confirming the matter, Tofazzel Hossain, an official of meteorological office in Dinajpur, said lowest temperature was recorded at 13.4 degrees Celsius at 6 am on Sunday in Dinajpur.
At that time, humidity was 97 percent, said the Met officer.
Saturday, temperature was recorded at 14.6 degrees Celsius in Dinajpur and humidity was 93 percent.
