The High Court has observed that the anti-graft body is busy with catching small fries, instead of big fish.
The court made the comment during hearing on Sunday on a petition which sought cancellation of ASM Hasanul Kabir, former official of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited, in a loan default case.
The bench of Justice Md Nazrul Isalm Talukder and Justice Khizir Hayat made the comment to the lawyers of the  Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
