The High Court has ordered that Japanese national Eriko Nakano will not go abroad with two minor daughters.



The High Court has ordered that Japanese national Eriko Nakano will not go abroad with two minor daughters.
A seven-member bench of Appellate Division headed by Chief Justice passed the order after hearing on an appeal petition on Thursday.
“The guardians of two children are in desperate, the courts are in a problem”, the court pointed out.
The Appellate Division also ordered the Dhaka District Judge Court to settle the case within three months.
