Nazmul Hassan becomes youth and sports minister

Dhaka, 11 Jan - Nazmul Hassan has been made the youth and sports minister as part of the new cabinet of the government formed today.

The Cabinet Division issued a gazette notification to this end.

Nazmul took oath today as a member of the newly formed cabinet.

Nazmul Hassan is a Bangladeshi politician and cricket administrator. He is the president of the Bangladesh Cricket Board and a member of parliament elected from the Kishoreganj-6 constituency.

Nazmul is the son of former President Zillur Rahman and late Ivy Rahman, former president of Mohila Awami League.
