Dhaka, 19 Nov -Pace bowler Tanzim Hasan Sakib returned to ground after clearing the fitness test.

Tanzim felt stiffness in his neck during a warm-up before a game in the National Cricket League (NCL) where he features for Sylhet Division.

He was however seen to bowl at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium with full run up which was the testament of his complete fitness.

The clearance from BCB medical team paved his way for the Global Super League (GSL) in Guyana, starting on November 27.

Tanzim was picked up by Guyana Amazon Warriors for the tournament where four other teams, including BPL team Rangpur Riders will also take part.

Tanzim who is considered as the integral part of Bangladesh's white-ball set up missed the recently concluded three-match ODIs against Afghanistan due to his neck stiffness.

But he may return to the national team in Bangladesh's West Indies tour. Bangladesh Test team is currently in West Indies for two-match series, which will be followed by three ODIs and as many T20 Internationals.

Tanzim is in line to be called for both of the formats.
