Mushfiqur hails Bangladesh U-19 for winning tri-series trophy

Dhaka, 11 Aug - Bangladesh senior cricketer Mushfiqur Rahim praised the country's Under-19 team after they won the tri-nation series trophy in Zimbabwe.

The young Tigers defeated South Africa by 33 runs in the final to claim the trophy. They dominated the tournament, winning five out of six matches in the group stage.

"Congratulations to our U-19 boys on winning the tri-series. MashaAllah," Mushfiqur wrote on his verified Facebook page, applauding the team's achievement.

Azizul Hakim-led Bangladesh Under-19 team had also won the preceding ODI series in South Africa, capping off a successful African tour.BSS
