Sheikh Rasel Women's team beat Indira by 6 wickets

Dhaka, 18 May  - Sheikh Rasel Sports Development Academy effortlessly beat Indira Road Krira Chakra by six wickets in the Dhaka Premier Division Women's Cricket League today at BKSP-2 ground.

Opting to bat first, Indira Road were restricted to 116-5 in 50 overs
allocation which Sheikh Rasel overhauled in 32 overs, making 117-4.

Wicket-keepr Farzana Akhter Lisa led the charge with 32 while Ela Mollik made 28. Captain Shobana Mostary then confirmed the victory, remaining not out on 20.

Earlier, Priyanka Malik, Ismot Jahan Emu and Yamim Rupa picked up one wicket apiece and played an important role to restrict Indira Road to paltry total.

Opener Halimatul Sadia was the top-scorer for Indira Road with 36 while captain Nustrat Jahan added 29.
