Bangladeshi youth found dead on Cumilla border

The body of a Bangladeshi youth was recovered from Brahmanpara border area of Cumilla.



The body of a Bangladeshi youth was recovered from Brahmanpara border area of Cumilla. 

The was known as Tushar Khan (35), son of Muslim Khan of Raninagar Baluvora village of Naogaon district.

BGB members recovered the body on Thursday (September 8) evening. Later, the body was handed over to Burichong police station. Multiple injury marks were found on deceased’s body.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Burichong police station Oppela Raju Naha said, “After the post-mortem, the body has been handed over to the relatives. In the initial investigation, many injuries were found on Tushar’s body.”

He further said, “Last Wednesday, Tushar came from Naogaon to Cumilla’s Brahmanpara to see his sick brother-in-law Abu Taher. However, it was not confirmed how he died.”
